Alion Home started with a simple idea: outdoor shade and privacy products should fit your space—not the other way around.
Over the years, we've worked with customers looking for solutions for balconies, patios, pergolas, fences, gates, gardens, and other outdoor spaces. One challenge came up again and again: standard sizes simply didn't fit every space.
A privacy screen might leave an unwanted gap. A pergola cover might not match the dimensions of an existing structure. A gate might need a size that isn't available off the shelf.
That's why custom sizing became an important part of what we do.

Every outdoor space is different. Many Alion Home products can be made to your measurements, including privacy screens, pergola covers, shade panels, and gate privacy screens.
Customers can send us their measurements and, when helpful, photos of their installation area. We can help determine the appropriate product, material, and size for their project.
Our goal isn't simply to sell another standard-size product. We want to help customers find a practical solution that works for their particular outdoor space.

Shade, privacy, airflow, and rain protection are different needs, so one material isn't right for every project.
Our product range includes breathable HDPE shade fabrics, waterproof polyester materials, and heavy-duty PVC-coated materials for higher-privacy applications.
This allows customers to choose a solution based on how their outdoor space will actually be used.
