I ship orders as quickly as possible but I cannot predict or control delivery dates as items are in the hands of the postal system once shipped.

Delivery estimates are a general guide and delays do & can happen.

- Ireland - 1 - 4 working days
- Europe can take 4 -20 working days
- US/Canada/Australia can take 5- 28 working days
- ROW can take 5 - 30 days

Usually items are received very quickly, but delays within the postal system/ custom checks sometimes do happen, that is why the estimate is in place.

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

- Alison B illustration is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced through the carrier. Refunds are not given because an event has passed.

- Items are shipped from the Republic of Ireland with An Post standard post.

⚡ Types of shipping ⚡
Standard post - No tracking
Registered post - Tracking number provided and customer needs to be at home to sign for it.
note* this is not express or rush delivery.

* Etsy charge a commission fee , tax and VAT on top of the actual shipping cost, so unfortunately this is is reflected in the shipping prices.

⚡ Please check your address is correct, Alison B Illustration is not responsible for packages shipping to incorrect address, this is buyers responsibility.
Buyer is the only person that can choose the address. If incorrect address is chosen, please contact here Immediately, as package might not have shipped.
Once shipped it is too late to change address and therefore buyers responsibility.

⚡Please do keep an eye on your tracked item as sometimes delivery is attempted & a note is left without you realizing.
If the buyer does not pick up package at the post office in a certain time, they are shipped back to the sender.
-If items are marked "return to sender" due to the package not being collected or a wrong address provided, you are responsible for this.

- Orders that are suspected "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced after An Post has conducted an investigation.

- If your package has arrived damaged, please send clear images of the damage to the item on a flat surface & its packaging/ envelope.
You are required to provide evidence of the damaged package before a resolution can be offered.
