Can I update my shipping address?
Yes! If you need to update your shipping address, please let us know right away. As long as your order has not shipped yet, we can update the shipping details on our end. Please note that we are unable to make any changes to the address on the ETSY order details, so when the order ships, it will still have the "incorrect" address shown, however we update our shipping software to reflect the changes.
What if my order is shipped to the incorrect address?
Please make sure to check your ship to address carefully! We are not responsible for any orders that are sent to an incorrect address if that is the address provided on the order. If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend the item for an additional shipping charge but we cannot offer any refunds.
