Gift wrapping and packaging
Your newest treasure will come in a little velvet box accompanied with a certificate of authenticity signed by us and a polishing cloth to keep your treasure in the best shape during all the years you will treasure your jewel.

Normally all sizing and measurements are listed in the description. In case you need more information, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help!
Returns from within EU
We do accept returns from EU citizens. If you want to return an item you bought in our shop, then you have to contact us within 14 days. We will provide you with the return address and all documentation needed. We will refund you in full once the goods arrived safely in our hands again.
Returns from outside EU
We do accept returns from outside the EU. If you want to return an item you bought in our shop, then you have to contact us within 7 days. We will provide you with the return address and all documentation needed. Please know that you will have to pay for the return-shippingcost and the Belgian import fees. We will refund you in full, minus the import fee which will be around 40 euro, once the goods arrived safely in our hands again. We cannot refund you as long as the goods haven't arrived. So please make sure to ship the order back to us with tracking and insurance.
