Made by hand, one at a time
I'm Amy, and I've been making journals for about as long as I've been keeping them.
All Things Journaling started as a place to share the things I was already making for myself, like junk journals stitched from salvaged denim and vintage linens, ephemera and charms, printable planners, and sticker pages. After a few years away from the shop, I'm back at the worktable and building it up again.
I make everything handmade here from start to finish. I sew signatures by hand and make the covers from vintage fabric and lace, not printed to look like it. Many of the interior pages are my own designs; I draw and print them rather than buying pre-made kits, so much of the paper inside my journals and accessories doesn't exist anywhere else.
I work slowly and in small numbers. A single journal can take a full day or more, so each handmade piece is one of a kind. When one sells, it's gone.
A good bit of what I make is faith-based like scripture and prayer journals, printables built around prayer and gratitude, and keepsake books meant to hold the things you want to come back to. It's the work closest to me, and it's where this shop started.
If you journal, you already know the appeal of a book that feels like it has a history. That's what I'm trying to make.
