Welcome to Taylor’s Wicked Apples!
What began as a creative outlet during the pandemic has grown into a family-run business fueled by imagination, determination, and a whole lot of sugar. I’m an artist through and through—graphic designer, photographer, painter, baker, candy maker, and proud sugar artist. I told my husband when I opened this Etsy shop that I was going to make something special out of it, and that dream has led to features on WFLA News Channel 8 and Daytime, where I had the opportunity to demonstrate our signature candy apples on live television.
Our business is truly a family effort. My husband and I work alongside our four amazing neurodivergent children, each of whom contributes in their own unique way. They remind us every day that creativity comes in many forms, and they’ve helped shape the heart of our business.
Like many families along Florida’s Gulf Coast, our lives were turned upside down when Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck. We lost our home, our belongings, and even our workspace. Rebuilding hasn’t been easy, but this little shop became a symbol of hope. Every order has helped us take another step forward, allowing us to continue creating while rebuilding our lives one package at a time.
Today, we’re more passionate than ever about bringing a little magic to your mailbox. From our handcrafted gourmet candy apples to our whimsical crystal candy creations and other sweet treats, everything is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
