    This has been an awful experience. I originally wanted the red binder. Shop Owner decided to send the black binder out, because according to them, they were out of the red ones. I agreed to this after the fact, trying to be reasonable. Then I get a message that my item was dropped off early, but it didn't arrive. Told Shop Owner. They said there might be some confusion, so again trying to be reasonable, I waited a bit longer. Shop Owner a couple days later messages me saying it should be here. Item never arrived. Item STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED, SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE FACT. I asked for a refund a couple times, Shop Owner refuses to get back in touch with me. So now, today, June 22, 2022, I'm FINALLY able to leave a review, I still have not received my package, Shop Owner still refuses to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.
