In my experience selling on Etsy, the USPS is VERY reliable. More often than not packages are with a neighbor, have been misplaced by a front desk or is delivered a few days later.
As such, All Very Goods is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders once the tracking information shows the package has 'delivered'.
