I send International tracked on many but not all items. Not all countries abroad offer tracked options, eg India. I always retain proof of postage and will be happy to help should any issues arise.
If an item is sent NON-TRACKED standard delivery I won't be able to provide you with tracking details. If you have any problems with delivery please contact me so I can help.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply at customs in some countries. Buyers are responsible for paying these so please contact your local customs office to find out if you need to pay additional charges. If you pay sales tax via Etsy at checkout and are charged again at customs please let me know so I can help you get a refund for this through Etsy.

If you wish to return an item from abroad, please be aware that buyer's are responsible for this cost. Thank you.

Please note, I am unable to change the value of goods on customs forms for you to avoid paying custom fees. Please note, this is against Etsy policies and in many cases illegal. It invalidates insurance and puts my business at risk.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
I always retain proof of postage receipts in case of any postal issues but unfortunately delays are beyond my control. Lost parcels are extremely rare and I will always try to get you as much information as possible and help in any way I can should your mail not turn up as expected.
