5 out of 5 starsHaving searched EtsyUK unsuccessfully for suitable small lightweight planes to add to flower arrangements for a traffic controller's retirement party, I chanced upon Engelise's little wooden planes, available from the Netherlands, 6 days before the event. After putting in my order with a request to have them asap, Engelise warned me that although she would send them immediately they might not arrive in time and gave me the option of cancelling the order. I decided to go ahead and Engelise was constantly in touch regards their tracked journey. They arrived the day before the event, I sprayed them silver, glued them on skewers and they were perfect swooping through the flowers, very subtle but giving a nod to the career being celebrated. I can't recommend Engelise's company enough, both for quality of product and customer service.

While I will make every effort to meet your requirements I cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances which lead to any variations to your order or any cancellations on my side. These include, but are not limited to, materials becoming unavailable locally, breakdown of equipment, natural disasters, acts of God, postal strikes or acts of terrorism.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
- Please keep your text to a similar length as the samples in the listing, or the maximum number of characters stated in the listing.
- Please submit your FINAL text/wording with your order.
- Orders requiring customisation will include a PDF proof. The proofs will be sent to you after you've made the purchase and submitted your final wording. If changes are requested a second proof will be sent to you for approval. Any additional proofs will incur a fee of €10.00 per revision per item or card.
- Please approve your proofs as soon as possible. I cannot start with production without your approval. Delays with the approval of proofs will result in a delayed shipping date.
PROOFS
It is the buyer's responsibility to review the proof/s sent to him/her and to request any edits if he or she does not agree with how the order was designed. Once a final proof is approved by the client, what is on the proof is what will be printed, cut, engraved, and sent! If I have to re-make an order due to any mistakes or changes that the buyer has overlooked or missed, the buyer will be responsible for all costs. Reprinting may also cause orders to ship at a later date. It is therefore of the utmost importance to carefully review proofs.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent and permission in relation to any images and text to be included in customised items and designs. I will not be held responsible for any action taken against me due to copyright infringement.
No further changes will be possible once a proof has been approved as correct by the client.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability of materials and equipment and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, for whatever reason, I will notify you as soon as I become aware of the problem. Should there be a problem I will contact you to discuss alternatives in order to find a solution to the problem. If a solution is not possible your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
