How do I pay for Layaway Installments? Etsy is no longer offering a payment option of OTHER upon checkout effective September 2020.
2) Special Discounted (and/or Price Offers requests by Customer) Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold as shown. No Refunds. No Returns. Please review photos before purchasing.
3) It is the customers responsibility to read all product descriptions and review all of the photos provided. The items are VINTAGE so there will be “wear” due to the age of the item and being worn by the previous owner. We describe the item as accurately as possible and will point out areas of age to our customers. We will gladly provide additional photos upon request to provide further clarification of the item before purchase.
3) We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. This is not inclusive to buyers paying freight back to the seller. Item is sold "as shown."
4) Items in the store are sold on a “First Come First Served Basis.”
5) Sometimes we might be out of stock on an item as our inventory constantly changes. So, please give us grace and time to update our inventory especially during seasonal periods.
6) Special DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR LAYAWAYS
Reserves: Due to the increase of Etsy Customers requesting for Reserves on our Items. We will hold items for 24 hours. We will then message you that inventory will be placed for sale.
Layaway: Effective Sept 1 2016 | Due the increase in Layaway Requests. Layaways occur only when a customer starts scheduled layaway payments. Failure to Pay Layaway Deposit and keep up with Layaway schedule. Means item is not on layaway. We will request a 30% of price to layaway an item. PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED IN 3 PAYMENTS INCLUDING DEPOSIT. Layaway terms will be discussed between our customers and Aloha Memorabilia Company. If you have a layaway(s) we would insist that you are current with payments before making anymore purchases. We try to be flexible for you!
7) When an agreed upon time is scheduled the customer must adhere to the agreed upon schedule.
8) Missed Payments: Items will be placed back into inventory if the customer defaults on payments or schedule. You will receive Store Credit upon default to use on a later date.

There has been a United States Postal Service rate increase as of 2021. There is no USA shipping on Sundays.

We will request a shipment fee increase from any international customers. We will ship Express to International addresses due to the ability to track shipments.
