We are not able to offer gift messaging or packaging currently. No pricing information is included in the packaging, but if you'd like a gift message, we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
I currently don’t offer expedited shipping. Even with upgrades, delivery is not guaranteed and usually only speeds things up by 1–2 business days, so I prefer to avoid any confusion.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
I’m not able to guarantee a specific delivery date, as I work with a printing partner and timelines depend on both production and shipping. If Etsy’s estimated delivery date works for you, everything should be on track 😊
Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations, we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered outside of their estimated window due to carrier delays.
Design/Print Issues
Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.
Return/Exchange
All items are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except if the wrong item was sent or the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item was damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.
We cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices, so please refer to the sizing guide before ordering. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! 😊
I entered the wrong address for shipping, What do I do?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it.
Once an order has been sent to production, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates.
If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds, as items are returned to our printing partner and cannot be recovered.
In some cases, we may offer a reprint and reship, but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping cost. Please message us for details 💛
