Can I get custom colors?
Yes! We can do pretty much any color that crayons come in! Please comment in the order or send us a message asking for what particular colors you want, for example: red, pink, dark green, light blue, etc. Please don't get too specific though, we may not know what color "inchworm" is. (That's a real crayon color! lol) Also you can ask for solid crayons, 2 layered crayons, or the marbleized colors.
What if my crayons arrive broken, melted or otherwise damaged?
If your crayons arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue! We do not want you to end up with less than perfect crayons.
How long does it take to get my crayons once ordered?
It usually takes us 2-3 days to make the order and another 2-3 days for shipping. In most cases you will receive your crayons 7-10 business days after you place the order. We can sometimes expedite this process by a day or two for normal size orders. Just message us to make sure if you are needing a "rush" order.
Can I return my order?
If there is any damage, mistake on my part, or they arrive later than I said in a personal messages, then I will refund the total cost of purchase. If they arrive in damaged and you just change your mind, you can return them and get refunded when I receive them minus a 20% restocking fee.
