Please read our Shop Policies PRIOR to placing your order. By placing an order with Alpine Graphics you are acknowledging that you have read and that you understand our Shop Policies.

COMMUNICATION: We communicate via Etsy Conversation only, which is delivered to the email address you have entered at checkout or have on file with your Etsy account. If you pay with your PayPal account you will receive messages to your PayPal email address. We do not communicate via phone, text or direct email so please be sure to check that your email address is CORRECT.

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and/or exchanges on NON CUSTOM items only. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery via your Etsy order receipt. Items must be received back to us in the original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER CANCELLATION: We DO accept cancellations on NON-CUSTOM orders within 3 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via your Etsy order receipt to request a cancellation.
We accept PayPal, all major Debit/Credit cards, ApplePay, and Etsy gift cards. We require payment in full before starting on your order. Etsy keeps your payment information secure, Alpine Graphics DOES NOT receive your credit card information.

We accept credit cards through Etsy's processing system. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your credit card statement as ETSY Brooklyn, NY. As of now, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
SHIPPING: We use the "ship to" address listed on your invoice. If you have entered a wrong shipping address, please contact us ASAP via your Etsy order receipt. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyers expense.

DELIVERY DATE: We use 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Your ESTIMATED delivery date is the 2-3 week production time plus 2-3 business days for shipping and delivery. Shipping delays can occur due to high volume and weather conditions, and the time is not guaranteed. USPS offers delivery confirmation numbers not tracking numbers. The confirmation number can give a general idea of where your package may be, but it may not always reflect its actual status.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Once we ship your items, they become the responsibility of the US Post Office. The USPS requires 21 days after the ship date before a package is considered lost. If your package is lost, we will replace your order at no charge after the 21 days AND the tracking information indicates that your order HAS NOT been "delivered". We will file an insurance claim in this event and compliance with any needed information from you for the insurance claim is required before a replacement item is put into production. We ARE NOT responsible for stolen packages.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive damaged items, please notify us WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT via your Etsy order receipt. We do package items very carefully, and once we ship them they become the responsibility of the US Post Office. We will file a claim with the US Post Office for damages. Please keep all packaging and send us photos of the damaged item and all packaging via your Etsy order receipt. You will need to keep the damaged item and packaging for up to 7 business days, as the post office may want to claim or inspect.

PERSONALIZATION: We provide ALL mock ups via an Etsy conversation ONLY. We WILL NOT call, text or email you, and we will not move forward on your order without your approval. If we do not receive a response from you after 3 attempts to contact you we will have to cancel and refund your order - so please check your Etsy convos!
