ORDERING
By placing an order with Alpine Graphics, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to my currently posted Shop Policies as follows.
MY MOCK-UP PROCESS
I only provide mock-ups after purchase. Feel free to message me with any questions or requests before placing your order. Mock-ups are provided for all custom orders via Etsy Messages — please reply within 24 hours with any changes. Without a reply, I’ll move forward with the mock-up exactly as shown. I’m not responsible for any mistakes if I don’t receive a response or if corrections aren’t requested within that time frame.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
Your estimated ship date is approximately 5 business days after your purchase, or mock-up approval date. Shipping is an additional 1-6 days via UPS or FedEx. Keep in mind this is only an estimate, I cannot guarantee delivery dates so please plan accordingly.
LOST, LATE OR STOLEN PACKAGES
I am not responsible for lost, late or stolen packages. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged order, please contact me promptly upon receipt, including photos of the product and packaging. I will promptly initiate the production of a replacement for you.
