Can I design my own ski sign?
Absolutely! Just get in touch and tell me what you are thinking and I'll help you through the process. Alternatively, just enter what you want in the 'personalisation' field when placing an order. Or send me a pic that you have and I'll do my best to replicate it.
Can I change the layout of the ski sign?
Yes, no problem. Just get in touch via PM and let's discuss what you want.
Can I have my name on it?
Yes, no problem at all.
What are the ski signs made of?
My ski signs are made from 12mm thick MDF discs that measure 25cm across. Given the material, I recommend these to be used indoors, if you want them outside then it might be worth sealing them with a spray lacquer.
Are they hand painted?
Yes, I use a special printer to cut a stencil and then transfer that stencil to the MDF disc. I then spray paint the disc and remove the stencil.
Can I see my sign before ordering?
Yes, no problem. If you get in touch I will send you a draft of what it will look like - usually within an hour.
Why do you charge for shipping?
I send all my signs out tracked 24h or 48h and only charge what Royal Mail charge me, I don't profit on postage. The cost of the packaging is included. If you buy more than one item, the cost for the subsequent item(s) is vastly reduced to 50p per item.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, I only ship within the UK.
Can I have a colour that isn't black, blue, red or green?
Yes you can, anything you want but there may be a surcharge & delay if I need to buy specific colours. Just get in touch and we can talk it through.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Unfortunately not. As custom orders are bespoke to your requirements it isn't possible to re-stock that item. When you order a custom design, I will send over some drafts for your approval. Once approved and painted, I cannot accept returns or cancellations.
