Due to recent changes in US tariff policy, inbound US shipments of all dollar values have experienced a range of complex paperwork, increased costs and delays beyond our control. Due to these factors, we have temporarily suspended all sales to the United States for an indeterminate amount of time, effective October 2025. Our last US orders have all been successfully delivered to their recipients. Our shop is no longer accepting new orders that are not delivered to Canadian addresses.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly. We pride ourselves on a high level of service quality and seek excellence in our customer experience: quick turnaround on orders to make a tight deadline, getting you your promotional items and gifts always on time for the big day, providing high value and competitive pricing for our products. All which is impossible to provide on a consistent basis for our US customers in the current logistical environment.
