Mugs are wrapped with bubble wrap, a bow and beautiful custom packaging, with no prices on the receipt so they are ready to send straight to the recipient.

Our current processing time to print and ship your mug is 5-7 business days.
This doesn't include the day ordered, or weekends/public holidays.

Shipping is then usually 3-5 business days for regular mail, or 2-4 business days for priority mail.

*Widespread delays are expected over busy holidays periods, and shipping carriers may not be able to keep to their estimated shipping times*

In the rare case that your mug arrives damaged or faulty in some way, please provide us with some photos and we will happily reprint and send you out a new one.

We will happily cancel or change your order if you contact us within 2 hours only. Due to our printing process we are unable to change after this time.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order is placed please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you but once your order has been shipped out no changes can be made.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to an incorrect address given by the buyer.

If items are undelivered and returned to us we will reship them out for a reshipment fee to the correct address.

We are unable to cancel or refund any returned orders due to the nature of personalised items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct address and a secure location to receive the package.

Because all of our items are custom printed, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for any order.

We do our very best to get orders printed and shipped within our estimates. But we are not responsible for orders that arrive late due to shipping delays. Etsy's estimated delivery date, is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee.

Shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind over busy holiday periods.

The crinkle paper we use is from 100% recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our gift boxes are 100% recycled with 70% post-consumer content and are fully recyclable. Our cello bags are also 100% biodegradable.

We will create the designs at our discretion and will not send a proof unless there is any confusion with the requests, but we are sure you will love it!
If you would like to see a proof please leave a note at checkout, but please note this may delay your order.

Also *please* double check your spelling and dates are correct. Once it's printed, its 100% permanent.
