► ARE YOUR NOTEBOOKS LARGER THAN YOUR JOURNALS?
• They are almost the same size. The notebooks are 6 x 8 inches and the journals are 5.75 x 8 inches. The sizing information can be found on each individual listing, both in the photos and under the item details section.
► I LIKE THE DESIGN ON ONE OF THE NOTEBOOKS, BUT CAN I HAVE IT ON A JOURNAL INSTEAD? OR VICE VERSA
• Yes! Please send me a message letting me know and I can re-create the design on a journal for you. It may look slightly different because of the sizing requirements and color variations due to printing on a different material, but it will be pretty close.
► I’M LOOKING FOR A GIFT TO BUY FOR SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR SHOP. WHAT IS THE BEST PRODUCT TO BUY?
• If I had to choose, I would go with the hardcover journals or all over print bags to give as gifts. The journals are just beautiful, very well made and make really cute gifts, especially since they can be personalized with a name. I think anyone receiving these would be so happy.
• The notebook is a notebook, which I do love buying for myself! These can be personalized too, if you ask. I own more of my notebooks and journals than I can count…it’s an addiction! ;-)
• They both do have bold, bright colors and look fantastic sitting on a desk. But there’s something about the smooth, hardcover on the journal that just makes it feel more special. See below for details about the bags.
► I’M DEBATING BETWEEN ONE OF YOUR ALL OVER PRINT BAGS OR THE COTTON CANVAS TOTE. CAN YOU HELP ME DECIDE?
• Our all over print bags (the ones that come in 3 different sizes) are great to use as an every day purse. They are colorful and detailed and the print covers the entire bag. They would make a very nice gift on their own. The medium and large sizes work so well for taking to a coffee shop to study. I can easily fit my laptop and bulky charging cord along with all of my other daily essentials. The large size is very large!

• The cotton tote bags are your typical tote bag that most people have stashed in the trunk of their car to use for small groceries or random carrying needs. They also have bold, bright colors in the graphic on the front only. I would use these as a gift bag to hold other items you’re gifting, such as books or special treats. I do see a lot of people carrying this type of tote as their every day purse nowadays, but I personally prefer the other style (all over print) bag for that. My customers who have purchased these love them though. They often hang them up where they can be seen at home or at the office to display the cute colorful graphic. Both styles are very well-made and durable. It just depends on your own personal taste.
► WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR WASN'T DELIVERED CORRECTLY?
• Once your product is shipped, it goes into the loving care of USPS and DHL. As we all know, they can have delays and make delivery errors. If this does happen to you, first check your tracking details in your Etsy account. I provide a tracking link with every single order and they will provide detailed info there, especially if there was a delay. If it shows delivered, but you can’t locate it, it's best to contact USPS immediately with your tracking number. Contact your local USPS office and ask them to check their delivery GPS.
• If you’ve already tried all of this and still need assistance, please send me a message. I will do my absolute best to see if I can help! Your happiness is very important to me.
