Payment

PayPal only, please be aware if you change your mind before an order is made and a payment has already gone through there is charge via PayPal for issuing a refund. This is not my choice and is part of PayPal's policies so please double check before paying thank you .

Shipping

Items posted in the U.K. will be sent tracked and signed for and will be a lot faster than international shipping . Items sent internationally may take 5-30 working days to arrive after posting. These delivery dates are estimated and it may take longer.

I use tracked and signed postage for international orders and signed for in the U.k. I pay extra money for tracked delivery in and outside of the U.K. with Royal Mail, it is your responsibility if you do not receive an item that has been marked as delivered/signed for to resolve the issue, I will not offer refunds for any items that have been marked as delivered/signed for by Royal Mail . Once an item is marked as delivered/signed for my involvement ends.

All international customers are responsible for custom taxes on delivery as that is not under my control.

Please check you have given the correct shipping address before buying.

All items that are ready made will be shipped once payment has cleared, please allow 1-2 days for item to be dispatched.

Please be sure of your measurements before buying if you have any questions please ask me via Etsy messages , I will explain where and how to measure. all sales are final so it's very important to be accurate when measuring. I make videos of some of my items on my Instagram so you can see some of the items in person. Please follow @amakesclothingleeds to see progress of my work.
Please let me know if you are not happy with your item before leaving negative feedback and i can try to fix it for you.

Any custom orders made by me may be made again in future and sold in the store unless otherwise stated. Custom orders that aren't suitable will be relisted for sale. I allow up to 5 business days after listing private custom orders for them to be purchased after then I will open them up to be purchased by anyone.
