The travel humidor I ordered for my wife arrived exactly as I expected and she loved it. Customer service was great and they even contacted me via email to confirm a detail about my order to ensure they got it right. I gave them 4 stars for shipping because the item arrived two days after the original delivery date. However , that’s not a deal breaker and I’d order from them again in a heartbeat.
