Thank you so very much for your patience, messages and prayers as I completed my Head and Neck Cancer treatment. I am recuperating and healing as it has been a long and difficult road. I am currently accepting orders again! My production time is now 5-7 business days (M-F excluding holidays). Please be mindful that the USPS is facing pressure and strains due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this may impact the promise of delivery days/times. How and where do I enter my personalization requests?
You can provide your personalization requests one of three ways;
• Enter the information into the “Personalization” Box prior to adding the item to your cart.
• Enter the information into the “optional Note to AmazinglyGraced2024” box at checkout
• Send me an “Etsy Conversation” with the personalization request
When can I expect to receive my order?
My current production time is 1-3 business days (M-F not including Holidays) - this timeframe is to create your order and does not include shipping time... Although I strive to create and ship orders as soon as possible, some orders will take the full 3 business days to process. Also, larger orders may require additional time (days) to complete.
How long will shipping take?
After my production time of 1-3 business days (M-F not including Holidays), I ship all orders $35 or more free of charge via USPS First Class Mail which can take 3-6 delivery days to arrive. I do offer shipping upgrades and the details are as follows;
Priority can take 2-4 delivery days to arrive depending on your location and or local postal policies and includes insurance up to $50 and tracking.
Priority Express can take 1-2 delivery days to arrive depending on your location and or local postal policies and includes insurance up to $100 and tracking.
PLEASE REMEMBER THESE ESTIMATES ARE FOR SHIPPING ONLY... THEY DO NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL PRODUCTION TIME TO CREATE YOUR ORDER.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes, I offer a gift packaging option for all orders. This includes a kraft jewelry gift box, lined with cotton and secured with a bow. You may also include a personal gift message to the recipient that will be included with your gift. You can select this option at checkout for an additional $4.00 fee.
