Awesome crystals at reasonable prices.
My name is Annette. I have worked with crystals for the last 25 years. I decided to start designing my own unique items because I could rarely find what I wanted online or if I found it, it was very expensive.
I source my crystals directly from where they come from. Arkansas for clear quartz, Amethyst from the Thunder Bay mine in Ontario Canada, Moonstone, Garnet, Red Jasper, Yellow and Green Aventurine from India and Tibet. I used to get Lapis Lazuli from Afghanistan, but because of the turmoil in the area, I have switched to the mines in Pakistan, which have an equally high energy.
Making the crystals into pendants, pendulums, wands and other items we do here in the US. All engravings are done here. The merkaba pendants are hand wrapped with copper for pendants and pendulums here in the US.
All my orgone items are made here in the US onsite.
I am able to keep my prices low because I make 20 or more at a time.

REGARDING SHIPPING
I provide tracking with all orders. Once an item is being tracked by the postal system, I have no control over what happens. Very rarely, but on rare occasions where the post office loses an order, I do not resend another and I do not offer refunds for that. It's a risk you need to be ok taking when you buy here.
REGARDING RETURNS THAT HAD FREE SHIPPING
If you need to return an item that had shipping included in the sale price, your refund will be minus the cost of the shipping.
