3 out of 5 starsThere are several things that I would like to review. I believe the seller is very new to eBay. It took a full day for me to receive my file. I will say that her Customer Service in communicating with me was very good. When I finally got the file that I ordered after a little mixup I was able to download it into my embroidery machine. When I stitched it out today there were several unnecessary thread changes. For instance the little stars some of them were not stitched out when the majority of the stars were stitched out so it called for another thread change to go back and do those. The colors could’ve easily have been consolidated so that all of the white areas could’ve been stitched at once. I wish this seller well. I am confident that she will improve as time goes on.

1 out of 5 starsWhen I assigned color to the design the face of the eagle wasn't there and tail feathers were not outlined. There is also a weird stitching at the bottom of the ribbon. He did reply and said he sent a modified version, but I can't open it. Very disappointed.

1 out of 5 starsThis is one of the worst digitized Items I have ever sewed out. Most of the color changes make no sense. Outlining is done before the interiors are stitched. I tried to fix myself and it wasn't worth the time. I definitely do not recommend!

1 out of 5 starsThe color scale is missing – I downloaded the file, but the machine won't accept it. I've tried several times, but it just doesn't work. That's why it only gets 1 star.
