Ordering stickers with a U.S. military APO, FPO or DPO address?
Unfortunately, free letter shipping does not deliver to these addresses. If you are shipping to an APO, FPO or DPO address and your order is under $35 you'll need to upgrade your shipping in the checkout.

Ordering stickers to a U.S. territory?
Sticker orders shipping to U.S. territories require a shipping upgrade if the order is under $35. The postal system does not allow me to print letter mail labels for these destinations.

My sticker tracking says "Pre-Transit". What does that mean?
When you select free sticker shipping at the checkout Etsy automatically creates a "tracking number" but it is not valid for USPS tracking.
-It is normal for sticker orders to appear stuck in "pre-transit" even though they are actually on the way.
-Once you receive your shipping notification, your order has been mailed out!
Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery, sometimes it may be sooner!
My sticker order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it yet?
This can happen with free sticker shipping because Etsy tracking is based on estimates and not actual USPS scans.
-99% of the time stickers will be marked as "delivered" before they physically arrive.
-Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to reach you.
If 3 weeks have passed since your ship date and your stickers have not arrived, please reach out to me!
Care instructions
Each piece in my shop is handmade with love and carefully packaged. Please treat your handmade items with care!
-Acrylic charms, earrings, pins, keychains and other delicate items can be damaged is dropped or handled roughly.
-Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive in perfect condition but are damaged after delivery.

Processing times?
Stickers: 5-10 business days. This includes Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
Kindle charms & inserts: 5-10 business days
Most other handmade items: 1-5 business days
Clothing, mugs, cups, blankets, kindle sleeves, hats, pillows and bags ship directly from my production partner. These items processing times vary anywhere from 1-2 weeks and will ship separately.
If your order even includes a single sticker it will push out the processing time to 5-10 business days.
Please note - during drop weeks and the holidays, processing times will mostly be pushed out to my longest processing time.
I truly appreciate your patience, I handcraft each and every order and do my best to work as quickly as I can!
