what is the average processing time?

Average will be 1 - 3 days! I strive to be done with processing within 1 day of ordering. My shop is ready to ship, but I do work full time from 9 - 5!

what is the estimated shipping time?

I cannot guarantee how USPS will behave (mostly during the Holiday season). Please note that I have both the option of TRACKED and UNTRACKED shipping.

US TRACKED | 3 - 7 business days
Canada TRACKED | 5 - 14 business days
Elsewhere TRACKED | 5 - 20 business days

US UNTRACKED | 5 - 20 business days
Canada UNTRACKED | 7 - 25 business days
Elsewhere UNTRACKED | 10 - 30 business days

** please note that USPS is closed on Sundays.

can i cancel my order?

I generally do allow cancellation of orders within 6 hours, as long as I have not printed your shipping labels. The reason it is 6 hours is because I am ready to ship, so more likely than not, I'll have your order ready to go when you place it :)

what kind of paper do you use?

I am currently using White Removable Matte & Clear Gloss

standard vs shipping

In order to try to keep the cost down, I decided to include a "standard" shipping in which I will ship with FOREVER STAMPS. Orders purchased with standard shipping will NOT have a tracking number. However, I will notify you whenever I have dropped your order off at the post office. Please purchase these at your own discretion.

Regular tracked shipping will be available with its regular price as well!

when do you ship after i receive my notification email?

If you receive a shipping notification before 2pm weekday, your order is shipped same day.

If you receive a shipping notification after 2pm weekday, your order will be shipped next day.

Shipping on Saturday will only happen if the order is completed before noon same day.

why do you have limited selection on foil?

I'm a fairly new shop, but I strive to keep my prices as low as possible! This means I buy almost everything in bulk. Foil is fairly expensive in bulk, and as a result, I chose the color(s) based on how sales are going.

In the future, I hope to expand the selection :)
