Do you combine orders?
We have all our shops connected to an inventory management program plus we are processing orders constantly, for this reason we DO NOT combine orders.

While we don't guarantee as we process orders almost immediately, If the order haven't been processed we can cancel.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can select FedEx 2 day guaranteed at check out. Please note the day the order is processed does not count so keep in mind you need to add the order processing day plus 2 days to your timeline.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not. Our product prices are so low that the shipping charges could easily be higher that the product price. Please make sure you buy the right size or color or message us for assistance BEFORE placing the order as we do not accept returns, NO EXCEPTIONS. But, If we make a mistake in your order we will make it right:)
Custom and personalized pearl mixes
If we have the colors available, yes we can do custom mixes. We would only do a custom mix in the 4oz jars.
My order is lost or marked delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?
We do not offer replacements or refunds if you did not bought the insurance at check out. We offer insurance for $1.00 so please be mindful when placing your order. Please understand we have no control over USPS packages once we hand out packages to their postal office. If you have issues with your package please contact directly your postal office as we don't have visibility other than what is public at USPS.com
