SHIPPING
We ship quick. We get your order and we move as fast as we can in the order it was received unless you pay for rush shipping. We do one post office pick up per day at 11 am. Any orders placed after 11 am will ship out the next day.

SHIPPING METHODS: I ship USPS 1st Class mail unless you choose otherwise. The address on your account MUST be the address that I ship to. If you request to change the address, I will need to cancel your order and start over as I am only protected as a seller to ship to the address on the order. Etsy allows for multiple addresses to be added to your account for gifting etc.

If you are having your item shipped to a different country, please know you may be subject to customs fees. Please review your country's policy on this prior to ordering.

If a package's tracking states DELIVERED, then that's the only information we can use to prove it's location. We cannot process refunds on items that have tracking stating DELIVERED. This is rule of thumb followed by Etsy. Any negative reviews due to an item marked delivered by USPS but claimed not received by customer will be removed by Etsy. We suggest customers with an issue of this sort should ask family members and neighbors if mail was misplaced as well as the delivering post office as they have accurate records where an item was delivered.

I fill orders 5 days a week and half days on weekends when I can. Since I do have a family life, I only work some weekends and evenings as time allows. We are located in the northeast and are in the EST zone. Please be patient when sending a message at 9 PM from across the country and it's midnight here. I am not a vampire (although that would be really cool) and sleep is a necessity for me. : ) I do reply quickly the next business day if not sooner.

The best never made plan!

I was dabbling in another business that seemed to be a big trend and well, it required some more products that I had trouble finding unless I made them myself. So, I did. I invested lots of time and taught myself how to stamp metal. After many oopsies, mistakes and lots of money on supplies, I finally was able to make something decent with what I've learned and it turned out quite nice. I posted a picture on my personal facebook page and my friends went nuts! They wanted to know how to buy it. After that, I was determined to perfect this new skill I've learned and the next thing I know, I'm being invited to sell at my local Farmer's Market as an artisan, have a website, etsy shop and am rather popular in my local area.

Since 2012, I've grown. I am now an LLC and working on new ways to make things better and more efficient for my customers. For one, if you live in the Belford, NJ area (Middletown/Monmouth County), you can find my products at the Junction Boutique located on Leonardville Road not far from Route 35 and 36.

The 2nd quarter of 2016 is the beginning of the Amelia's Expressions facelift. We are delighted about these changes.....laser engraved jewelry!Higher quality materials and faster turnaround.
