Please note that my prices do not include customs charges, as I have no way of knowing the customs laws of every country around the world! If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may need to pay customs fees when you receive your order.

I gift-wrap each piece in a non-tarnish gift box, and a small organza bag.

I ship all orders by French Post registered mail. Once the item is shipped I will send you a tracking code so that you can follow the delivery of your order. You may need to sign for the item when it is delivered to you.

Your new jewellery will be beautiful for longer if you treat it with a bit of Tender Loving Care! Here are a few tips:

- Always take rings and bracelets off before washing your hands, cooking, cleaning, doing the dishes or doing any work where they could get caught and pulled.

- Store your jewellery in a dry room at a constant temperature. (Not the bathroom! Humidity, steam and hairsprays can damage your jewellery.)

- Clean silver and silver plated jewellery regularly using a silver polishing cloth. I recommend Town Talk anti-tarnish polishing cloths, which you can find in my shop here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/250238846

- The gift-box that I send your jewellery in is perfect for storing it too. Alternatively, store each piece in individual ziplock bags (preferably with an anti-tarnish tab) to protect it from tarnishing and to avoid scratches.

- Hair dyes can damage jewellery, so leave your necklaces at home before a trip to the hair salon, and for a few days afterwards.
