HOW SOON WILL YOU SHIP?
Every print is made to order and checked in hand before it ships. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from order to shipment; US shipping is included. I'll message you when it's on the way.
ARE PRINTS SIGNED?
Yes. Each print is hand-signed and numbered, and ships with a signed certificate of authenticity.
CANCELED ORDERS
You can cancel within 2 days of ordering. After that the print is usually in production. If something changes anyway, message me and I'll do what I can.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
For any damaged or defective items, I will gladly replace them at no cost to you. Great care is taken into the packaging of items for shipping, but I do understand that sometimes things happen. I will just ask for pictures of the damaged item / box at delivery and then will ship a replacement ASAP.
If a package is lost in transit, I will work with the shipping provider first to track down your lost item(s). This process may take up to a week. If the shipping provider cannot track down your item, I will ship you a replacement ASAP. I will file a claim for the lost item separately.
