I got a duplicate since the last one purchased started to fall apart. It's very sensitive but nonetheless it is a great piece to have and it looks absolutely beautiful. When I pointed out this problem they responded right away despite their shop being closed! I expected a response but not during closure, this just shows how great their customer service. They didn't hesitate to give me a generous discount and they reshipped the item so quickly, they had given me a two week or more time frame and it arrived a week later. Absolutely great experience. I always keep checking if they have new additions to their selection.

Amazing work, the item exceeded my expectations the pictures don’t do it justice, it looks so much better in person I actually ordered a few other caps and I received them all within the same day and this was by far my favorite! Also great customer service, they will answer any questions you have almost immediately I’m going to be buying more caps for sure!
