Custom Crochet

I started out by crocheting gifts for family for birthdays, baby showers, Christmas, and whenever someone needed a gift. But doing that meant I only got to crochet sporadically throughout the year. I really wanted to be able to crochet year round. When I heard about Etsy I found out that would be the perfect solution to my problem; and I now would be able to crochet as much as I wanted. I really enjoy creating something new and getting to do custom orders.

My favorite item to make is afghans.
I really enjoy experimenting with different color combos and working with different types of yarn.

My other hobbies include cross stitch, embroidery, watching movies and TV. I've recently gotten into watching silent movies. Buster Keaton is my favorite silent movie actor. I also enjoy watching movies on TCM while I do my crochet work & discovering great movies that I have never seen before. I also like to watch cooking shows, Supernatural, and Are You Being Served.
