Care instructions
All embroidered or monogrammed items should be washed with a mild detergent in cold water. Hang to dry if possible. If not, simply dry on low heat. Enjoy wash after wash!
Why don't you accept returns?
Due to the personalization of each item, we do not accept returns and all items are final sale
Can I change my order?
If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
How are items packaged?
All items are either sent in a box or parcel. All items will be wrapped nicely with tissue paper and a custom sticker. The packaging is ready made for gift giving! A receipt is included with every purchase as well. If you are gifting your package directly and would prefer the receipt is not sent with the package, please state this in the “Notes to Seller” box at checkout.
Lilly Pulitzer fabric information -
In regards to items that contain Lilly Pulitzer prints, please note these are authentic patterns and the pattern and colors may slightly differ on each item.
Shipping Information -
All items will be shipped through USPS, and online tracking will be available through the tracking number provided when the item is shipped. All items will be shipped with the address given at Etsy checkout. Right now we only ship throughout the United States. Please note once items are shipped, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for the item once it has been marked as “Shipped” through the tracking number.
What is your production time?
Items will take 1-3 weeks for production, but the production time is stated under each individual listing. During busy holiday seasons, this time frame may be pushed back a week so please check my shop announcement at the top of the page especially during the holiday season. If you have any questions about when your item will arrive, please simple send me a message! If you would like your item to be rushed, please check out the options in the shop.

Custom orders are accepted, and in fact encouraged! We love creating custom orders, and are willing to work with you on creating your dream item or gift. Just leave us a convo and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours!
