Standard shipping is by BRT courier:
› delivery estimated in 1-3 working days from the shipping confirmation (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded);
› traceable on the BRT website with the code that will be provided at the time of shipment;
› In some periods of intense work for BRT, such as the Christmas period, delivery times may lengthen slightly.

Remember to leave a mobile number for the courier, so BRT will send you a message to customize the delivery!

› All my jewels are handmade by me at the time of the order and the time I need to make them may vary (even if I always do my best to ship orders asap): you can find more detailed informations about the processing times of each jewel in its description, in the "Ready to ship in" section.

› Standard Shipping is made via DPD courier, which provides a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery usually takes about 2-8 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

› If you need a faster delivery please choose the "DHL Express" option for your country at checkout.

› Shipments to United Kingdom are made only via DHL Express.

I'll send you a digital card including a picture of the jewel and "your gift is on its way" that you can print, so you have a "present" in case the package isn't arrived yet.

All my hand stamped jewelry are made of high quality aluminum and stainless steel: they won't tarnish over time, won't turn your skin green and are perfect also for sensitive skin.
To take care of your jewel at best just follow these 2 tips:
- don't put your jewel under too much stress: for rings, choose your closest size and once you'll find the perfect fit, only slightly adjust it if needed, while cuff bracelets should be rolled over your wrist and not opened and closed, because in both cases repeated bending coul damage the metal over time.
- avoid direct contact with water (e.g. shower, pool, sea), as in the long run the black ink that highlights the engravings will fade.

›› HOW TO REFRESH THE ENGRAVINGS ‹‹
Aluminum is an excellent material because it doesn't change color over time, but precisely this characteristic of not being able to be oxidized means that there is no way to highlight the engravings permanently.
If you see that the engravings of your jewel are fading please don't worry... you can easily fix it!
Just "draw" the inside of the engraving with a permanent marker (like a Sharpie), let it dry a couple of minutes and then remove the excess by rubbing gently with a soft cloth or a tissue (you can also use a cotton bud with some alcohol to be more precise)... your jewel will be as good as new!

I take care of every order in the least detail, from the creation of the jewel to the packaging, because I want all my customers to love their new jewel just as much as I enjoyed making it.
