4 out of 5 starsMade to order, arrived in 16 days, that's pretty good! Accurately detailed props of exceptional quality. I'm very happy with this purchase. Only one thing keeps it from a 5-star rating- The individual tools are so tightly secured inside the case with hard plastics that they are really difficult to remove, and one tool I still can't remove at all. And I can't use too much force for fear of the hard plastic clamps breaking. Struggling with them is also very painful on the fingers, so it leaves me wishing for foam instead of rigid plastic and will sadly severely limit my handling of the tools. Overall, still a totally awesome kit & highly recommended; it's a wonderful feeling having a prop of this kind and quality to help escape to the far better world of Star Trek! Kudos and heartfelt thanks to this fantastic shop!

When new, the clips can be a bit stiff, but that quickly loosens up. The inserts come out to allow changing of the clips in case one gets broke (thus there is no reason you can't get a tool out). I have taken the tools in and out several times so not sure why you are having an issue there. You should have contacted us with the problems you were having. Anyways, we are making a small revision on the clips that should help.
