Hey everybody and thank you for coming to my shop! I am Rae, the artist/owner/hippie soul behind And Zen Some. I started this business baby of mine August 2014 with a passion for helping people heal through crystals the way I did. I am a self-taught wire wrap artist, crystal channeler trying to inspire and shake the world.
I found healing crystals in some of my darkest times. They helped me transform my life when I was weak, traumatized, and beaten down. Since then, I began a journey of spiritual growth through crystal healing. Although I am still on my healing journey, crystals have brought me so much so I am passionate about sharing them with the world. I donate some of my proceeds to "Crystals for Consent" - a fundraising team I created through RAINN as it has been my passion since I started wrapping crystals to give back to an organization that once helped me. We are spirits that chose to take on the physical plane that is Earth. Our Mother Earth allows us to treat ourselves to the enchantments and healing energies that she provides. Crystals sustain beautiful vibrations and energies that amplify and assist in the healing of the different levels of our bodies. The energies in each unique crystal surrounding oneself touches and infuses the mind, body, and spirit with love and light that flows through the body like a gentle wave of the sea. With this energy our physical selves become grounded while our higher selves become connected. Our chakras – activated, aligned, and cleansed – to help us become the safe, creative, joyful, loving, expressive, awake, and enlightened beings we truly are.
On my person journey through spiritual growth I have opened myself to the powerful energies of stones. I have experienced the benefits of wearing, carrying, and being exposed to crystals. Connecting with the Earth is an amazing feeling. Feeling the pulsing heat between the stone and your skin as you hold it and feeling its loving energies dance through your spirit is a joyful, healing, awakening experience.
Please feel free to choose the stone that you feel may benefit your growth, enhance your inner light, or one that speaks to you. You will know when a stone communicates with you. Your mind, heart, spirit, or body will let you know in its own way.
