Payment

If you wish to make a payment, please use one of the two options:

Pay with your PayPal account
Pay with a debit/credit card with or PayPal Credit.

For cases in which the VAT is required, Etsy will display the final price with VAT included (you will be able to see under the price the "VAT Included" line).

Payments are usually made instantly. If there is any issue with the payment not going through (even after 24 hours, please let me know).

Shipping

After the payment is finalized and the money has been transferred from your account you will be able to download your purchased digital item(s).

If you still cannot download the files after you made the payment then the payment process is not finalized so we will have to wait for the money to be transferred. Please let me know if you still have issues after 24 hours.

All files will be available for download after the transaction is completed.
