The item was as described. Not super high quality, but also not terrible. Shipping took awhile, but it did arrive within the time allotted. Since it was coming from overseas, it was not really traceable, but that is to be expected. The customer service did respond back quickly when I inquired about shipping.

This arrived rattling like a baby's rattle. On opening the packaging multiple tiny metal ball bearing like beads fell out all over the floor, along with tiny shards of metal. The item is hollow and filled with these dangerous and noisy beads. This is not what I ordered. The shards of metal are dangerous. There are small children and animals in my house. One of them could easily cut themselves or get it embedded in their skin. These shards and beads being so small are nigh on impossible to see nor to vacuum up. My house is now a danger zone. The beads are annoying, i don't want to rattle when I walk.. Not happy. This item will be thrown away as it is a hazard and no more should ever be made like this.
