4 out of 5 starsFeel this rug looks a lot worse in person than when you are looking at it through iPhone camera. Camera enhances it big time!!! It is not vintage that has been faded over time. No way, brand new in my opinion. Buy at your own risk of getting disappointed. I am sorry to say but the technology failed here. Customer service was excellent though! My score is my average of how I enjoyed the experience of buying the rug and now seeing and using the rug in person. Or perhaps I am not familiar with wool rugs that feel like sand paper. In my life time I got to see and feel different. 😞🥴
