Her command of the English language is remarkable and she patiently and honestly answered all of my questions. Even with the time difference between MN and Romania, I always received a prompt reply from her. She works with you to get what you want, in the colors you want, and when the baubles arrive, they are even more beautiful than the photos I'd seen before I completed my order.
