I accept payment by card, paypal, Etsy giftcard or by personal cheque (UK customers).

Standard delivery within the UK is usually by Royal Mail 2nd class. 'Tracked' or 'signed for/next day' delivery may be available on request. For some high value items, 'Signed for' is the default shipping method. Each listing will note specifically how it is shipped, but feel free to contact me with questions or to upgrade shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery options that are not tracked and/or signed for are at the buyer's risk. I cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in transit, or which arrive later than the expected delivery time. If you need an item by a specific date, eg: a wedding or party, please contact me before purchase to make sure I can reasonably fulfil the order in time.

Overseas delivery is by Royal Mail or ParcelForce and your country's associated carrier, unless expedited courier delivery is arranged. PLEASE NOTE that any CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES are the responsibility of the buyer, and I cannot be held responsible for any delays or associated costs caused by customs.

Items bought directly from the shop will usually be shipped within 1-2 business (week)days, unless otherwise arranged or noted. For items made on request please allow 2-4 weeks for manufacture, plus delivery time. If you have a particular deadline, please let me know and all efforts will be made to accommodate this.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
