You can then print where you’d like or convert to a JPG and text/email your invitation (we include a detailed instruction guide). We also offer personalization and high quality printing services, too. So no worry if you prefer for us to do the work or make some custom requests…we would be happy to do that!

From a computer:
1. Make sure you're logged into Etsy
2. Go to the top right corner and click on 'You'
3. From the drop-down menu select 'Purchases & Reviews'
4. Find your purchase and on the right click 'Download Files’

*If it's a file ending in .zip - after download double click to "unzip" the folder and inside will be all the PDF's included in your order.

You can only edit the text in the highlighted areas shown on the listing photos. It is important that you ONLY open and edit our templates in the latest FREE version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your desktop computer. This will avoid any formatting issues. You then may edit the wording, font style, font size and font color. The position of the editable areas and graphic elements are locked in place and cannot be moved. If it is NOT highlighted, then it is not editable.

Yes, we offer invitation personalization for an additional fee. We can make any font or color change requests to the design as well. See listing to add this service on under the "Add Personalization" section of shop. Then purchase the invitation listing you want + the personalization listing.

No - All fonts are embedded in the file. All you need to do is click in the highlighted areas and replace the sample wording.

If the fonts are NOT appearing like the sample:
1. Download latest version of Adobe Reader for free, here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/). 2. Re-download your PDF files from Etsy to start fresh. 3. IMPORTANT: Make sure you're using a computer only, then download your PDF file(s) from Etsy. Force open the PDF file(s) in the free Adobe Reader. 4. Highlight each font style separately then type in your wording - this ensures to keep the same font(s) as sample.

This can easily be fixed by following the troubleshooting steps on our instruction guide. Typically this happens when you're not using the free Adobe Reader on your computer. This prevents the correct fonts coming through and from being able to save the file. The instruction guide (and our video tutorial) will definitely help you with this.

*Please do NOT download the trial pro version of Adobe if prompted to do so. You only need the free Adobe Reader version to edit your template.
