Bought as a gift. Label doesn't look nice because of poor shipping by the shop

Bought as a gift. Not enough care taken in mailing it so the label doesn't look the way it should. Out of the 4 I bought this one was the best though

It is a gift.....the label ended up a little worn from shipping. Disappointed by that

The bottle arrived to me broken because it wasn't packaged very well. I did contact the shop and i was given a refund but I would have preferred after the shop knowing that it was a gift and it was their fault that it arrived the way it did.....better customer service would have been to make sure I received a new one in the time I needed it, as it would have been possible to expedite the delivery.....there were enough days to do that. The other jars of spices were in tact but because of the broken one the labels and seals just didn't look very good from the loose spice rubbing on them while they were in the box they came in. The shop did apologize, but I am one gift short and I will need to explain to the person I am giving them to what happened because they do look like they have been "beat up" a little.

Shipped very late, and the shipping confirmation came through about 2 weeks before I got it. Packed in a box too large for the item with very little packing material. Not damaged though. Real problem: not spicy. Very salty as far as salt goes but the sriracha taste is very weak.

Finally received the order on May 29th, 23 days after order was placed. My mom did not find it overly chocolaty, but we will see when she cooks with it. Ordered on May 6th, my mom still has not received this product, meaning it missed both Mother's Day and her Birthday. Thankfully this was not the only thing I bought her. I can not comment on the quality of the product, just the lack of quality in the shop itself. I ordered on May 6th, it was not shipped for 8 day and the tracking just lists it as having shipped. I know have no faith that it will arrive while I am visiting over Memorial Day either. I have seen other criticisms in regards to shipping and would hope the shop would switch methods.

Delicious!!!! We use our spice trio on everything from meat to eggs to tacos. They make even a simple, thrown-together meal taste special and interesting!!
