We recommend that the majority of the textiles we source are washed by a specialist.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I aim to make the packaging as planet friendly as possible, using recycled and recyclable packaging.
Please do write on your order if you would like to send anything as a gift - I will happily write a personalised message for you.
Is the pillow insert included?
No - we do not include pillow inserts at this time. Central Asians tend to use batting / pillow filler rather than inserts (due to the sizing not being standard). I am always on the lookout for sustainable inserts, as I find conventional ones tend not to be planet friendly!
What insert size should I use?
It depends if you like a full cushion or not. If you do, use a size up from the pillow case. While many of these cushion covers are a bit awkward in size, they tend to fill out with inserts which are close in size.
