Each mask takes roughly four weeks to be completed. We are only two people doing this all by hand. There’s a lot more of you all ordering our masks. Also, International shipping usually takes two weeks.

Cool. Message us about it. Please. For you and for us. Preferably before you purchase your mask. Sometimes we won’t be able to make your deadline. The more time you give us, the better.

You received an email with an estimated shipping date after purchase. We promise we are working on your mask. You are welcome to message us politely and ask how your mask is going. Being mean or demanding doesn’t change how quickly we can make masks.

You should check your local post office. It’s most likely there - especially if you’re international. If your post office doesn’t have it, message us and we’ll do what we can to help you. But remember - we are not in control of the post office. We can only help so much.

We don’t. With all of the orders we have in queue it’s hard for us to even find time to create the new mask ideas we have.

No, we don’t. All masks are one size fits most.

Our paper masks are quite light and durable - we have even had reports of them surviving hits in LARP. They can handle a little rain if pat dry afterwards, but we don’t recommend dunking them in water. We are still new to resin, so we aren’t sure how durable our resin masks are yet. Our best suggestion is to be kind to all of our masks.
