Frequently asked questions
What files are included, and will anything be shipped?
Travel Notes Nº01 includes four PDF files: the 21-page Digital Edition,
the 21-page A4 Printable Edition, the 21-page US Letter Printable Edition
and a three-page Start Here Guide. The planner editions contain the same
content in different formats, not 63 different designs. All files are in
English. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I download my files?
Once Etsy confirms your payment, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser,
open Purchases and select Download Files beside your order. If you checked
out as a guest, use the download link in your receipt email. Digital
purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app; use a
mobile browser or computer. Start with the Start Here Guide.
How do I use the digital planner? Which app do I need?
Import the Digital Edition into a compatible PDF annotation or note-taking
app. Use the app’s pen, highlighter or text-box tools to add your plans
and notes. Available features vary by app and device, and an app purchase
may be required. Apps, devices and styluses are not included.
How do the hyperlinks work?
Tap one of the eight sections on the Contents page to open that section.
Tap the ANOTHERSEA header on an interior page to return to Contents.
If a link does not respond, switch to your app’s reading or navigation
mode. Check the links again after duplicating or rearranging pages.
Should I use A4 or US Letter?
Choose the PDF that matches your paper: A4 is 210 × 297 mm; US Letter is
8.5 × 11 inches. Both contain the same planner content. Use the matching
printable file for printing; the Digital Edition is designed for screen use.
What print settings should I use?
Select the matching paper size, Portrait orientation and 100% / Actual Size.
Print one page per sheet and test one page first to check margins and line
visibility. Standard office paper is suitable. For double-sided printing,
select long-edge binding and test first. Colours may vary with your printer
and paper.
Can I reuse the planner or print extra pages?
Yes, for your own personal use. You can print extra pages for your trips or
duplicate pages in your app if that feature is supported. Please do not
share, redistribute, resell or use the files commercially.
What should I do if I have a problem with my files?
Contact ANOTHERSEA through Etsy Messages. Describe the issue and, for
digital-use questions, include your device and app name. Please refer to
the listing’s Delivery section for Etsy’s digital-item return and
cancellation information.
