5 out of 5 starsThe product itself is really beautiful. The workmanship is superb. The stated shipping period unfortunately did not match the actual shipping time at all. I contacted customer service a week later than the stated timeframe; they promised to get back to me within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that didn't happen either. After following up again, it turned out the mistake was with the owner herself. The package simply hadn't been mailed yet. I find it very disappointing, especially if you're expecting a gift, for example, to have to wait so long when the problem could have been solved so quickly and easily.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns aufrichtig für die lange Wartezeit und die verzögerte Rückmeldung entschuldigen. Aufgrund der Urlaubszeit und eines sehr hohen Bestellaufkommens konnten wir Nachrichten leider nicht so schnell beantworten, wie wir es uns selbst wünschen. Zusätzlich kam es unerwartet zu Lieferschwierigkeiten bei unserer Druckerei, wodurch sich der Versand deiner Bestellung verzögert hat. Wir verstehen vollkommen, wie ärgerlich das ist – besonders, wenn die Bestellung als Geschenk gedacht ist.Vielen Dank für deine Geduld.Wir nehmen dein Feedback sehr ernst und arbeiten daran, unsere Abläufe und Kommunikation weiter zu verbessern
