Digital knitting patterns are EXEMPT from the EU Right of Withdrawal and therefore are non-returnable under said Right of Withdrawal.

Absolutely! All of my patterns have been professionally tech edited and test knit to check for errors, but as we are all human and interpret things differently, I realize that sometimes there may be questions on a knitter's part or an error that has slipped through our careful checks.

I am always happy to assist with any pattern that you experience confusion or difficulty with. Please email me at melissa [!at] apiaryknits.com or simply convo me here at Etsy and I will be happy to work through your questions with you.

Items are CLEARLY marked that they are knitting patterns, NOT finished knitted items. Always read all listing descriptions before purchasing so you know what you are buying.

If a file is marked as downloaded, I will not refund you for a "mistake" purchase. Please respect this policy and do not ask for a refund.

I make every effort to respond to your questions or concerns within a 24 hour time frame. Usually, it is much less depending upon when you contact me and when I check my email and convos.

If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, it is likely that something went awry with your message and that I never received it. (I do check ALL my email folders.) If you have emailed me, please confirm that the email address you entered is correct. Better yet, use the Etsy convo system to contact me as there is not nearly the odds of a delivery failure using Etsy's internal communication system.

If you are still having issues and prefer to have the file emailed to you, please contact me and I can do that for you.

However, FOR SECURITY REASONS, I will only email a digital file to the email address on file with Etsy for the purchaser. I will NOT email the file to any other email address. Please respect this policy and do not ask for it to be sent to an alternate email address.

Your Etsy email address should always be an active email address. If it is not and you can no longer access it, please change it before making purchases.
