Sizing details
We offer free sizing up to 2 sizes, and please note that not all pieces can be sized due to the style. Please contact us for sizing questions.
We can adjust most items to fit your sizing preferences. Most items can be made to any size. Please contact us via Etsy conversation.
Even after purchasing the item, you can still ask us to adjust the size. We will try our best to fix it if it is possible.
Custom and personalized orders
Products that are handmade can be personalized. Most items have choice of Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, White Gold, Platinum or even Silver. Also 10k, 14k and 18k gold are available for most of the items. Your own design is always welcome.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are packed in the high-quality jewelry box.
The gift message is available. Please let us know what to write by leaving us a note at checkout.

At Appelblom Jewelry Co., we offer a 14 day money back guarantee so that you can make sure your purchase is just right.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation.
Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry.

Domestic Express Shipping by Fedex takes 2 weekdays.
We will send you tracking numbers after a purchase.
For items that are the 'made to order', please allow us about 2 weeks for items to be ready for shipping.
International shipping may take even 14 days.
Every shipment requires adult signature.

Items that are the 'made to order' require additional 2 weeks to be ready for shipping.
