A very delicate tasting honey. I anticipated that the vanilla bean flavor was going to be robust, but found the vanilla flavor was so subtle that I could faintly discern a vanilla taste (but everybody's taste buds are different). I do like the look of the delicate tiny little seeds showing. It's still a great tasting honey, so I know it came from happy bees! Also, very fast on shipping.
