The real rating is a 4.7. Like most blaster, there was no assembly instructions. But there are a few key guides on some of the pieces. Added the grip and part with the logo. It needed some work for it to fit, sadly there's a slight gap. A easy print. Nice think walls. It's pretty strong pieces. Time will tell how well it's glued together

An early photo of my workshop with two of my first printers, which have since been modified heavily.
Gauntlets are one of my more popular items, and have evolved considerably since I first started printing them
CNC machining might be a good option if your prop is too large for 3D printing
I design all my own props unless otherwise stated. Which means I can modify the design easily to suit your needs.

Because there had to be a better way to make quality replica props.

It all started when I got ripped off trying to source a replica boba fett wrist rocket back in 2009 I ordered this from overseas trying to make a mandalorian costume for my son. When it arrived, the quality was terrible, it was heavy and worse still it was broken because lets face it, resin isnt the strongest material.

There had to be a way to make props at a reasonable price, the answer: Digital Fabrication (3D printing) I started using 3D printers to make my props back in 2013. Today my workshop has 9 printers. 3 Larger format, which are purpose built for prop making, and another two smaller commercial printers used for smaller detail prints.

But I dont just use 3D printers. I also have a large CNC machine which I can use to make larger props.
